By accessing or using PixelForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
PixelForge provides free and paid browser-based tools for resizing, compressing, converting and editing images and PDFs. All file processing is performed locally in your browser.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the files you process and for ensuring you have the legal right to modify and use them. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Pro plan and payments
Pro and Team plans are billed on a subscription basis. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
5. Intellectual property
All tools, designs, text, graphics and code on PixelForge are the property of PixelForge. Your files and the output you create remain yours.
6. No warranty
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy — for example, in passport photo dimensions — we recommend verifying official requirements with the relevant authority.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
